Biography
Dr. Phyllis O’Sullivan has been a consultant radiologist with the HSE for 13 years and is presently at St. Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny.
She has been a consultant radiologist in UPMC Whitfield Hospital since November 2006.
She also provides oncology radiology services at the UPMC Hillman Cancer Centre, Waterford.
