The Gender Pay Gap is the difference in the average hourly wage of men and women across a workforce. It compares the pay of all working men and all working women; not just those in same jobs, with the same working patterns or the same competencies, qualifications or experience.

The scope of this report relates to all UPMC Ireland employees as at the snapshot date of 30 June 2023 and the report attached demonstrates our findings for all staff in our hospitals and facilities within the UPMC Ireland Hospitals Group, excluding Joint Venture arrangements.
