If during your stay you wish to raise a concern, ask a question or discuss anything with us, please ask to speak to one of our managers or a senior member of staff.

They will be able to provide advice about our services, receive your feedback and help you to resolve any difficulties you may be having. If you wish, they will also tell you where to send a letter or email with details of your experience.

We promise to handle any issues raised and all personal details in confidence and without any prejudice. We will issue a written response to every written submission, pass on any praise and act on any suggestions.

Your feedback is welcomed and valued, as it allows us to continually improve our services.
